Our coaches will be in charge of keeping the call on schedule!
Private Coaching: Hiring our coaches for private coaching or consultation off the platform is discouraged. In most, if not all cases, you’ll probably find that they charge more privately than you’ll be paying here anyway.
Other Services: If you’d like to hire a social media coach to do your social media, then sure! We ask that you honor our Terms of Service by facilitating that initial engagement with them through our form here, for tracking and revenue purposes.
If you were late, there’s no penalty, but we can’t allow for the lost time to be made up because our coach’s time was still utilized.
If you missed a session without notice then there’s a $65 fee. If you know you need to reschedule an upcoming session and have at least 24 hours notice, no problem. Please use this form to reschedule.
First off, we’re sorry! If our coach was late, then hopefully both of you have the flexibility in your schedule to extend the session a bit longer to make up for the lateness. If that is not possible, please let us know via our form here. We’ll ensure you get all the time you paid for.
If our coach doesn’t show up, then we’ll DO XYZ —- DON’T KNOW YET…
Coaches:
All of our coaches get $130 USD per 60 minute coaching session. If you coach for 30 minutes — $65 USD and if 90 minutes — $195 USD.
We pay out monthly based on how many coaching sessions were completed.
We’re currently hiring coaches who can commit at least 10 hours per month to possible coaching sessions. Note, that we cannot guarantee that your committed hours will be booked by clients, but we need them reserved and open on our site.
There is no fee to join. Coach & Go is paid by taking a percentage of the client rate. The rest is yours to spend. Perhaps you want to get coached, yourself?
Yes and no. It’s against our terms to use the coaching sessions as opportunities to pitch other services. If a client initiates wanting to hire you or your agency or network directly, then that is allowed only through our platform where we offer you and the client certain protections (link). Circumventing our platform for these services will result in suspension of your account. You can set your own pricing and terms for the work, but all payment must be processed within and we’ll charge a 10% fee of each invoice.
It’s up to you to monitor the time allotted to the session. Keep in mind that you’ll only be paid for the time scheduled. If you go over time, it won’t be compensated. To maintain a consistent coaching experience with clients you are expected to enforce the timelines.
You’ll be a 1099 contractor (self-employed individual).
You don’t need experience being hired solely as a coach / consultant, but you do need experience advising clients through your areas of expertise and experience doing it in online group environments where you are leading the meeting. We are currently looking for a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in each area you apply, to coach in.
